HVAC Company seeks an experienced Dispatcher for HVAC Services to coordinate field technicians and manage high-volume service schedules. The role focuses on real-time scheduling, work order management, and clear customer communication to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in dispatch/scheduling, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and experience with field service management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred).
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and route HVAC service technicians based on priority, skill set, location, and availability.
• Monitor technician schedules in real time and adjust for emergencies, delays, or cancellations.
• Gather accurate service details and enter work orders into the system.
• Provide appointment confirmations, arrival windows, and updates to customers.
• Create, update, and close service tickets in dispatch or field service software.
• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job expectations, parts availability, and schedule changes.

Skilled in HVAC dispatch operations, work order management, customer communication, and real-time scheduling using field service management software. Proven ability to support technicians, improve response times, and maintain accurate service records in fast-paced service environments.
