Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians based on customer needs, location, availability and urgency.
• Manage and adjust technician schedules throughout the day.
• Coordinate with managers to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate arrival times, delays and scheduling changes to customers.
• Answer and schedule incoming service calls and monitor progress.
• Ensure timecards are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate crossover and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain notes and communications in ServiceTitan.
