Job summary

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling for residential service technicians. The role is in-office and focuses on efficient dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time position requires reliable attendance and the ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support routing and service scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments.
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day.
