You will act as the central liaison between the office and field teams, manage dispatches, updates customers, and maintain detailed field records, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or related administrative role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations.
• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations.
• Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation.
• Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities.
