Job summary

HD Air, located in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians. You will review routes, answer calls from customers, and ensure ticket data is correctly entered in the system.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of office or customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan work and think on your feet. A positive attitude and teamwork are valued as part of our service culture.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years office/customer service experience REQUIRED (Dispatch experience is PREFERRED).
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and schedule work, not just react.
• Think on your feet to provide information for installations or repairs.
• Team-oriented with solid computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians.
• Review and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers with quality service.
• Enter all ticket information accurately in the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts ordered and follow up on orders.
• Schedule appointments for parts installation.
