Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians by optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide excellent service.
• Ensure all ticket information is entered correctly in the system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts ordered and follow up on orders.
• Schedule appointments for parts installation.
