Superior Comfort, a trusted HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical home service company serving Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate technician schedules and ensure timely service.

You will act as the central liaison between the office and field teams, manage dispatches, updates customers, and maintain detailed field records, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations.

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations.
• Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation.
• Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities.

Compensation

• $22-30 per hour
