You will dispatch technicians, manage 200+ daily appointments, and keep accurate schedules while communicating with customers. The position includes competitive pay and benefits within a national service network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher in a busy environment.
• Experience coordinating 15-20+ technicians and 200+ daily appointments.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor dispatch platform and call flow to ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide appointment updates.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and technician productivity.
