Air Group LLC is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team in Hanover Township, New Jersey. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians to maximize productivity and ensure timely responses to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably 2 years of HVAC experience. We offer an exceptional benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401K with a generous employer match.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry preferred; must understand HVAC systems.
• Proficient with dispatch or field service management software/tools.
• Available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily scheduling and dispatching of HVAC Service Technicians.
• Communicate all relevant job details to Techs and update them with any changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to keep customers informed.
