Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily schedules and service routes for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, availability, job priority, and estimated completion times.
• Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments to minimize delays.
• Communicate with technicians and customers regarding appointments, scheduling changes, job status, and service needs.
• Use dispatching and scheduling technology to streamline operations and maintain accurate job information.
• Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service calls while balancing workload and technician availability.
• Track daily routes and appointments to ensure technicians have the information and tools needed to complete jobs.
• Work with management, technicians, and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep field operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
