Job summary

Aire Serv in Front Royal, VA is hiring an HVAC Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments and coordinate daily dispatch activities for service technicians.

The role requires HVAC experience, proficiency with Service Titan or similar dispatch software, and strong communication. Typical hours are Tuesday to Friday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, with benefits including health,

Qualifications

HVAC experience required.
Proficient with MS Office and data entry.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently within a team.
Typing skills are a plus.
Dispatch software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Scheduling appointments
Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
