Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process orders accurately and timely including invoicing, returns, and credits.
• Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and stocking duties.
• Maintain current vendor catalogs, price sheets, and MSDS sheets.
• Follow-through on promises and commitments to customers.
• Make deliveries as needed.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
