• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly; upsell when appropriate.
• Use computer systems for invoicing, credits, returns, procurement and inventory tasks.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment; finalize stock handling.
• Maintain attendance and participate in After Hours rotation as needed.
• Follow through on promises and commitments to customers.
