Job summary

United Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, answer calls, and provide knowledgeable assistance. You will process orders accurately, suggest additional products, and utilize a computer to manage invoicing, returns, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Learn United's product offering as well as rest of industry.
• Attend product seminars provided "in-house" and trade education groups (RSES, ACCA, ARW, etc.) and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer orders, requests and other services.
• Enhance customer orders by suggesting additional products not explicitly requested.
• Use computer for invoicing, credits, returns, procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation, etc.
