Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Execute customer orders, requests and services accurately and timely.
• Suggest additional products to enhance customer orders.
• Use computer to handle invoicing, credits, returns, procurement, and reconciliation.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Break down and store stock properly.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Participate in After Hours Emergency Call rotation as needed.
• Follow-through on promises made to customers.
• Make deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Keep vendor catalogs, price sheets, literature and MSDS up to date.
• Perform related duties as required.
