Job summary

Johnson Controls’ BEST program offers a 6-month development path for new engineering graduates to launch a technical sales career. You'll be paired with a mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience through classroom training, customer interactions, and real project involvement.

You’ll learn HVAC equipment and building solutions while supporting proposals, building client relationships, and delivering outcomes with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
