Johnson Controls' Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program is a 6-month development track for recent engineering graduates who want to launch a career in technical sales. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
