Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering BEST program for new engineering graduates. You will join a 6‑month sales development track, paired with a dedicated mentor, and gain exposure to nationwide sales professionals while learning HVAC equipment, services and building solutions.

You’ll support proposals, engage with contractors and engineers, and present technical solutions to improve building performance. A clear path to grow within a high‑growth sales career is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
