Johnson Controls invites graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track designed to launch a career in technical sales. You’ll be mentored, trained, and engaged with a nationwide network of sales professionals from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, and support proposals and opportunities. A clear path to growth follows program completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an expected graduation by Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
