Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States. A 6-month development track will pair you with a mentor while you learn HVAC equipment, services and building solutions.

You will support sales activities, engage with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners, and present technical solutions to improve building performance. A company vehicle, benefits, and professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
