Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Training (BEST) program for recent engineering graduates. The six‑month development track pairs you with a dedicated mentor while you work with a nationwide sales team to gain hands‑on experience in technical sales.

You'll learn HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals and projects, and build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
