Trane Technologies is seeking a Controls Account Manager to join our best-in-class Commercial HVAC team. You will build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners to deliver energy‑efficient, total‑solution outcomes.

You will identify opportunities, assemble the right internal team, convert leads to opportunities and drive a practical account plan that ensures a profitable partnership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or a BS degree.
• 2+ years in solution sales experience.
• Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC controls solutions.
• Ascertain customer needs and assemble the right internal team.
• Convert leads to opportunities and coordinate sales team.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for a profitable partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
• Plan your day and visit customers.
