Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking an Accounts Manager to advance our Commercial HVAC controls offerings. You will build long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners, delivering total building solutions focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities include developing solutions, identifying opportunities, coordinating teams, and guiding opportunities through the sales process, while assisting customers with technical questions and planning field visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor of Science degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license valid in-state with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC controls solutions for customer problems, including financial/performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assemble and coordinate acquisition team for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by defining the sales process and team.
• Create an account-specific business plan for a long-term partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products and controls.
• Plan and visit customers to advance opportunities.
