Job summary

Carrier, through Automated Logic, seeks an HVAC Controls/Service Sales Representative to expand the customer base and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes relationship building and customer service to drive long-term partnerships.

You will manage territory, write specifications, and collaborate with engineers and customers to deliver value. 3+ years in HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and a mechanical/electrical engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC experience.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with accounts.
• Position Carrier/ALC as the preferred building automation provider.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects across ALC offerings.
