Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Controls Sales Executive for a field-based role in the Lubbock/Abilene, TX area. You will expand our Automated Logic customer base, coach peers, and drive to exceed sales targets while building lasting relationships with owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years sales experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts; meet annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with accounts.
• Position Automated Logic as the preferred building automation solution.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects across ALC offerings.
• Collaborate with engineers to match building specs with ALC products.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and terms with contractors.
