Automated Logic, a Carrier brand, is seeking an HVAC Controls Sales Executive to expand the customer base in South Florida and exceed sales targets. You will build lasting relationships with owners, contractors, and consulting engineers, and leverage CRM and estimating software to manage opportunities.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, 5+ years of sales experience, and HVAC controls expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC controls industry experience or Commercial Applied HVAC experience.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Expert Technical experience with HVAC Controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications.

Responsabilités

• Field-based role; Promote the Automated Logic Brand via ALFO not independent dealers.
• Secure new logos for ALFO in south Florida.
• Manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts; achieve annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Write project specifications and proposals; Utilize sales tools (CRM, estimating software) to plan and document progress.
• Collaborate with internal staff to deliver quality results and ensure customer happiness.
