You will build relationships, provide exceptional service, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of service sales or service agreement direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts.
• Position Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred BAS controls provider.
• Tailor ALC’s service solutions to match customers’ technical and business requirements to deliver value.
• Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress and increase opportunities.
• Maintain current service agreements and pursue new agreements.
• Generate activity to feed the sales pipeline and move opportunities to close.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal staff to deliver quality results.
