Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC experience.
• Proficient in CRM or similar software is preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with accounts and position AL C as preferred building automation design partner.
• Write project specifications and tailor proposals to match building specs.
• Maintain and pursue new service agreements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal staff to deliver quality results.
