Carrier is seeking a HVAC Controls/Service Sales Representative to expand Automated Logic's customer base and exceed sales targets. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships, and delivers outstanding customer service.

You will manage territory, pursue new accounts, write project specifications, and collaborate with engineers to position Automated Logic as the preferred building automation solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of HVAC controls or Commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience with CRM or similar software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with accounts.
• Position Automated Logic as the preferred building automation solution.
• Write project specifications and tailor proposals to match building specs.
• Maintain current service agreements and pursue new ones.
• Use sales tools to plan and document progress and opportunities.
• Create a high activity level to feed the sales pipeline.
