Carrier, a global climate and energy solutions leader, seeks an HVAC Controls Sales Executive to expand our Florida customer base and exceed sales targets. This field-based role requires a self-starter who builds strong relationships and delivers outstanding service while growing the client base.

Based in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Monroe County, you will drive logo acquisition, manage accounts, and work closely with engineers to write specifications and proposals, using CRM and estimating tools to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years HVAC controls or Commercial Applied HVAC experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in greenfield southeast Florida.
• Promote the Automated Logic Brand via ALFO, not independent dealers.
• Secure new logos for ALFO in south Florida.
• Expand ALC Florida’s footprint and revenue.
• Manage and grow assigned territory or accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Write project specifications and proposals using technical knowledge.
• Utilize CRM and estimating software to plan and record progress.
