You will lead a consultative sales process, coordinating owners, developers, and engineers to position integrated HVAC and BAS offerings that deliver measurable energy efficiency and lifecycle value.

Responsibilities

• Create and win new business by identifying and closing large, complex building automation opportunities.
• Build and own a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar opportunities from early stage to close.
• Lead strategic growth by expanding regional market share and targeting high-value verticals.
• Position bundled solutions (controls + equipment) as a single-source offering.
• Influence design and specifications early in the project lifecycle to shape bids.
