Job summary

Carrier—Automated Logic (ALC) seeks a field-based HVAC Controls Sales Executive to expand the customer base in Southeast Florida and exceed sales targets. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and coach junior teammates while targeting owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.

Based in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Monroe County, you will drive take-offs, bids, and specifications, leveraging CRM and estimating tools to grow orders and revenue for ALC offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related field.
• 2+ years of HVAC controls or Commercial Applied HVAC experience.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow Southeast Florida accounts in the field.
• Promote AL C brand via ALFO and secured channels.
• Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Write project specifications and proposals using technical knowledge.

Skills

5+ years sales experience

HVAC controls experience

Bilingual English/Spanish

Valid Driver's License

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Eng./Business/related
