Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory per sales strategy and priorities.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with growth objectives.
• Prospect and grow relationships with mechanical contractors and HVAC customers.
• Identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities and projects.
• Maintain customer relationships from prospecting to long-term growth.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits and ensure territory coverage.
• Coordinate with inside sales, product specialists, and operations to close business.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate CRM data.
