You’ll begin with your team at a fixed location before training, gaining hands-on experience selling HVAC solutions and relocating for the program. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Engineering and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Engineering/Engineering Technology.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Ability to relocate and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell the world’s most complete line of HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application, and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies through market analysis and ongoing knowledge.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers.
• Achieve objectives and quotas by securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
