Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or completed prior to start date.
• Strong technical learning mindset and ability to communicate engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design and applications.
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop sales plans and growth strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas through new design wins and end-to-end sales management.
