Trane Technologies plc is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to design unit electrical systems for Trane Commercial HVAC products, including main and auxiliary control panels. You will specify components, wiring, transformers and drives, and produce designs, prototypes, tests and documentation for production release.

You will also lead panel layout development, validation testing, and coordinate with engineers and technicians while supporting regulatory approvals and product standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Physics.
• Basic project management skills with awareness of project status, risks and obstacles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop control box layouts, wire harness routing and transformer load calculations.
• Develop laboratory test plans and analyze test data.
• Provide engineering guidance to designers and lab technicians.
• Coordinate activities of other engineers/technicians on projects.
• Support Product Planning and Technical Support teams as needed.
