Qualifications
- Degree or 7+ years in HVAC/related field with project experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and building automation; travel to sites.
- Valid driver's license with clean record; willingness to travel.
- Experience with drafting/design programs and office software.
Responsibilities
- Design building controls using direct digital controls for multiple building types.
- Review contract documents and submittals for automation design.
- Create installation, submittal, and as-built drawings for projects.
- Develop advanced sequences of operations per project requirements.
- Prepare O&M manuals and transition documents to field teams.
- Coordinate with project teams and support BAS technicians as needed.
