• Assess customer needs and market opportunities; coordinate acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the sales process and next steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and controls.
