ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade HVAC systems. You will meet with homeowners, assess needs, present replacement options, and close sales in a one-call close environment.

This full-time role offers a commission-based structure with training salary transitioning to a draw, company-provided vehicle, insurance after 31 days, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs and present replacement options.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff to install.
