Job summary

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor / In-Home HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners replace and upgrade systems. Leverage pre-qualified leads and consult on energy-efficient solutions in a one-call close environment.

You'll earn uncapped commissions with six-figure potential, receive a company vehicle, benefits, and training. Weekend work may be required in a dynamic residential market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales in a residential in-home environment.
• Proven track record in sales and ability to close deals.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC replacement needs and present customized solutions.
• Inspect existing heating and cooling equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Coordinate with installation teams for smooth handoff.
