Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree required.
• Without a degree, ten years of progressive HVAC sales experience.
• Minimum three years’ HVAC/building controls sales experience.
• Proven integrity, proactive communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, primarily at the director level.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and retrofits within accounts.
• Coordinate with owner representatives to drive decisions and approvals.
• Conduct on-site visits and translate client needs into solutions.
