Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level.

You will develop and manage long-term relationships, promote energy-efficient solutions, and expand Johnson Controls service within assigned accounts. The role requires a minimum of six years in field sales, a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, and proven ability to close new opportunities while collaborating with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; sales experience in HVAC or building automation required.
• Minimum of six years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year selling HVAC/building automation service or projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, establish, and grow profitable service relationships with new customers.
• Sell renewable maintenance agreements as the foundation for long-term partnerships.
• Work an assigned geographic territory in collaboration with local branch sales and operations teams.
• Prepare, review, and finalize proposals and secure customer commitment to the Johnson Controls solution.
• Lead customer kick-off meetings, support issue resolution, and help maintain and extend service agreements.
