Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional in Michigan to drive the sale of service offerings to building owners at the Director level, focusing on long‑term relationships and recurring revenue through renewals.

You will cultivate opportunities, close new sales, and expand offerings within accounts while delivering value to owners and maintaining high customer satisfaction. A Sales Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year selling HVAC or building automation service or projects.
• Demonstrates integrity and quality in business.
• Takes ownership of accounts and drives growth.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence key account decision‑makers.

Responsabilités

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners at the Director level.
