Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to drive HVAC service, BAS, and retrofit solutions to building owners and facility leaders in the United States. You will build long-term relationships and close new opportunities while promoting value-driven, multi-year service agreements.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to tailor solutions and expand accounts through retrofits and ongoing service expansion, delivering measurable building performance gains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of field sales or related experience.
• Experience selling HVAC, BAS, or technical service solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to sell service agreements or other intangible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively to decision-makers at Director and facility leadership level.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
• Focus on selling, renewing, and expanding service agreements, including multi-year agreements.
• Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC, controls, and building performance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and maintain CRM data.
