Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a proactive Service Sales Specialist to generate renewals and grow recurring revenue across our automation portfolio. You will educate clients on new products, onboard them to service agreements, and collaborate with engineering and field teams to align service requirements with customer needs.

You will maintain CRM records, report on pipeline and revenue forecasts, and coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years experience with HVAC Controls, Building Automation, Commercial HVAC, blueprint drawings, or construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand service requirements and relay customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations.
• Provide a customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach.
