Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Customer Care Associate to manage service agreement renewals and drive customer retention. You will build durable relationships with contract customers, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and ensure timely renewals while pursuing profitable expansions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in HVAC or services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with contract customers on a semi-annual basis.
• Support Commercial Service Agreement escalations.
• Partner with operations teams to build Service Agreement customer strategies.
• Attend to customer needs and requests, act as liaison between Sales and Operations.
• Ensure Service Agreements are renewed on time.
• Track action items to completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with Sales and Operations leadership to renew service agreements at profitable margins.
• Identify upsell opportunities and forward them to Sales Leader.
