Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, including its Automated Logic division, seeks a Service Sales Representative to grow the customer base and exceed sales targets. The role is field-based, supports remote monitoring and analytics, and requires travel to Wallingford, CT area clients.

Candidates should have B2B sales experience, a relevant technical degree, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to tailor service solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or completion of an accredited trade/technical school program.
• 1+ years of B2B or direct sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally to client sites and facilities as required by job duties.

Responsibilities

• Generate service contract renewals and support recurring revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities to offer value-added services, such as remote monitoring, analytics platforms, or system upgrades.
• Educate clients on new products and services within the automation portfolio.
• Assist in onboarding new customers or transitioning from installation to service agreements.
• Track service contracts, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Report on service sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams (engineering, field technicians) to understand service requirements and relay customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations.
• Customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach.
