Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new service agreements.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to assess equipment and client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to log activities, forecast opportunities, and manage backlog.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Deliver tailored service proposals and close new maintenance agreements.
