Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work around rooftops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, research, and qualify potential clients using Carrier’s installed base, referrals, internal leads, and site surveys.
• Perform facility walkthroughs to assess equipment, evaluate customer needs, and present service agreement proposals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log activities, manage opportunity strategies, and forecast backlog.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure service agreement delivery and resolve issues.
• Develop proposals to address customer needs and close sales.
