Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an experienced project manager to lead mechanical and automation projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate contract functions, manage schedules and costs, and maintain strong client relations on retrofit initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction and 5+ years in HVAC/Controls project management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in HVAC, Controls, and Plumbing Project Management.
• Experience managing large retrofit projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control contract functions for mechanical and automation projects.
• Manage project completion, scheduling, budget, and customer relations.
• Oversee safety, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to meet scope, value, and deadlines.
• Provide direction to staff and make staffing recommendations with branch management.
